By accessing or using Alfred+ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
Alfred+ is a productivity platform that provides:
The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
To use Alfred+, you must:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. We'll notify you of any price changes at least 30 days in advance.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information directly.
New customers can request a full refund within 7 days of their initial purchase by emailing support@alfred.plus. No refunds are available after 7 days.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Profile menu. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.

You retain ownership of all content you create in Alfred+ (goals, tasks, notes, etc.). We claim no ownership rights over your content.
You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for your content. We do not monitor or review user content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
Your use of Alfred+ is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:
The Alfred+ service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Alfred+ and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without written permission.
Alfred+ is not a medical service. Features like focus music and energy tracking are for productivity purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice.
While we strive to help you be more productive, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes from using Alfred+.
We integrate with third-party services (Zapier, n8n, etc.) but are not responsible for their functionality or policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alfred+ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months or $100, whichever is less.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You can download your data for 30 days after termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Alfred+ regarding the use of the Service.
